- Account Credentials & Identification: When you register or log in via Telegram OTP or Candidate Code, we may process your name, username, email address, or unique candidate identifier to maintain your account and store your exam history.
- Voice & Audio Recordings (Microphone): During Speaking mock exams and practice exercises, the application requests access to your device's microphone to record your verbal answers. Audio is collected exclusively when you initiate a speaking task.
- Test Performance Data: Your test scores, evaluation rubrics (Fluency, Pronunciation, Grammar, Lexical Resource), timestamps, and completion history.
- Technical & Diagnostic Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs to optimize app stability and prevent technical issues.
Important Note on Audio Data: Audio recordings are strictly used for speech analysis and AI-based CEFR/IELTS language assessment. We never sell, broadcast, or use your audio recordings for commercial marketing purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide accurate speech assessment and generate mock test score reports and practice certificates.
- To authenticate your identity and restore your test progress across sessions.
- To provide teachers and examiners with student mock performance insights if you participate in an organized mock exam.
- To maintain system integrity, detect unauthorized access, and ensure platform security.
4. Third-Party Services and AI Processing
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. Audio recordings for speaking assessment may be transmitted securely to automated AI evaluation services (such as Google Gemini AI API) exclusively for transcription, grammatical assessment, and scoring. All transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal information and test history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated test data at any time.
To request immediate deletion of your data or account, you may submit a request directly through your account settings or email us at support@multitest.uz. Requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement robust security measures including cryptographic encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL), restricted database access, and secure token authentication to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for students and learners preparing for language examinations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verified parental or institutional consent.
